26/09/10	MAI OPEN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS - George H Carnell Sports Centre, Manchester. Fighters need to be there for 10.30am for registration.

Well done to Rob Marr who is now a 2nd degree black belt in kickboxing. Rob always gives 110% and has been training since 1995.

Also a well done to all people who have recently passed their senior gradings.

We are sorry to hear one of instructors has decided to move on to new things. She will be sadly missed and we all wish her the best of luck in her future. Stepping up to fill her boots (no pun intended) is Adam Beckett. Adam has been training with us for over 4 years now and will make a good instructors.
